Federal Register Announcement: Social Security Ruling (SSR) 19-3p Requesting Reconsideration or Hearing by an Administrative Law Judge

 

On August 14, 2019, the Social Security Administration (SSA) announced the passing of SSR 19-3p. The purpose of this SSR is to provide the public with information on how to appeal a decision that a person is not disabled or eligible for benefits under Title II and Title XVI of the Social Security Act.
