PCG Human Services offers unique and time-tested methods to expedite the process of applying for disability benefits administered by the Social Security Administration (SSA). Through our well established Claims Processing Center (formally FM Blake & Associates), PCG Human Services has been offering disability benefit enrollment and eligibility services since 1989, with several thousand SSI/SSDI applications filed annually.

Child Welfare Program Unit

PCG Human Services, is the largest vendor for foster children’s Supplemental Security Income (SSI) representation in the country. We work with state and county-based social service agencies to obtain the highest possible disability allowance rates from the Social Security Administration (SSA) in the shortest possible time, with the least disruption to the organization. If you know or work with a foster child who might meet SSA’s disability criteria, please submit a referral to our central processing center for review. You will receive a confirmation and response within 24 business hours of submission.

Public Assistance Program Unit

There are a number of advantages for state and county governments and individual recipients to implementing disability applications for Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) and General Assistance (GA) clients. PCG Human Services can help states and counties gain from TANF/GA savings, as well as provide more financial security to their clients. If you know of someone receiving TANF/GA benefits who might meet SSA’s disability criteria, please submit a referral to our central processing center for review. You will receive a confirmation and response within 24 business hours of submission.
